Students at The Blyth Academy lead the way in fundraising for a range of important charities. They have supported the national appeals in aid of Children in Need, Comic Relief and Wear it Pink Day for Breast Cancer. Donations of toiletries are sent to the Peoples Kitchen in Newcastle. Marie Curie daffodils are sold at Easter and St. Oswald's Hospice beanies at Christmas.
We have developed close links with some of the charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation and The Dementia Friends. More information about our fundraising events and activities is shown in the drop down menu on this page.
